Spiced Rum Balls

- 2 boxes Nilla wafers, crushed
- 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- ¾ cup spiced rum
- ½ cup pecans, finely chopped
- Powdered sugar for rolling
- Crush the Nilla wafers and place in a large bowl. Stir in the rum and let soak in for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips, then stir into the cookie mixture with the nuts.
- Sift powdered sugar onto a plate.
- Shape small bits of the dough (about a tablespoon) into balls and roll in the powdered sugar.
These can be eaten right away; however, they're best after they've rested a couple of days.
