Chocolatey and boozy, these Spiced Rum Balls are the perfect holiday treat.

  • 2 boxes Nilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • ¾ cup spiced rum
  • ½ cup pecans, finely chopped
  • Powdered sugar for rolling
  1. Crush the Nilla wafers and place in a large bowl. Stir in the rum and let soak in for a few minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips, then stir into the cookie mixture with the nuts.
  3. Sift powdered sugar onto a plate.
  4. Shape small bits of the dough (about a tablespoon) into balls and roll in the powdered sugar.
These can be eaten right away; however, they're best after they've rested a couple of days.
