Sour Cream Dip Florentine

This fresh twist on the classic spinach dip is bursting with the flavors of green onions and dill.

  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dill
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  1. Remove spinach from package, thaw and drain well.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend on high until completely smooth.
  3. Cover and chill until serving time.
  4. Makes 2 cups.
