Ingredients
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
20 oz ground turkey
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken broth and seasonings. Stir in the turkey and mix well. Let the mixture site for about 20 minutes.
Divide the turkey mixture into 10 patties. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray, and cook over medium-high heat for about 7-9 minutes on each side, or until done.
