Green Beans with Slivered Garlic

- ½ lb French green beans
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, slivered
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain.
- In a large saute garlic and crushed red pepper in the olive oil until garlic starts to brown.
- Toss with green beans.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
