Light and refreshing, this tangerine sorbet is the perfect end to any meal.

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed tangerine juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated tangerine peel
  1. Heat ½ cup of the tangerine juice with the sugar, over low heat, until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat, and stir in the remaining juice along with the peel.
  3. Refrigerate until completely cooled.
  4. Prepare in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
