Tangerine Sorbet

- 2 cups freshly squeezed tangerine juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp grated tangerine peel
- Heat ½ cup of the tangerine juice with the sugar, over low heat, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the remaining juice along with the peel.
- Refrigerate until completely cooled.
- Prepare in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
