Ingredients
2 plum tomatoes
2 Persian cucumbers
4 green onions
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into a fine dice. Finely chop the green onions. Add everything to a medium sized bowl, and toss with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
