Peanut Butter ‘n Honey Cookies

Peanut Butter 'n Honey Cookies

Makes 2 dozen cookies.

Serves: 12
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  1. In medium bowl, cream honey and butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Add flour, salt and baking soda; mix until combined.
  3. Drop dough, one tablespoon at a time, onto well-greased baking sheet.
  4. Dip fork into flour and press flat on each cookie to form an "x."
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove cookies from sheet and cool on wire rack.
